One video is one AI cut with its captions, one post and a script if you want it, plus a few Groot messages. Your videos refill every 5 hours, up to 40 a week on Creator and 120 a week on Pro. Long videos and Spanish voiceover count as more than one. When you hit a limit, the app tells you when it resets.
What happens at the limit?
Wait for the refill, keep going with tokens, or move up a plan.
