Terms of Service

GoViral provides an AI video-cutting app, a creator platform, and human video-editing services on paid subscription plans. The app transcribes your footage and removes dead air, filler and false starts; you can refine the result in the app, export it, or send it to a GoViral editor. Features, pricing and availability may change at any time.

• You must be at least 13 years old (16 where that is the age of digital consent) to use the Services.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us, for keeping your password private, and for everything done under your account.
• One person per account. Tell us at hello@govirall.now if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
• You can delete your account at any time in the app (You → Settings → Delete account). See the Privacy Policy for what is removed and what billing records we must keep.

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the GoVirall AI app on Apple devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and Apple's App Store terms. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell or interfere with the app or the Services, or use them to build a competing product.

Free accounts include a monthly allowance of AI cuts. The allowance resets each month and unused cuts do not carry over.

AI Creator Pro is a monthly subscription that removes the AI-cut allowance and adds features such as 4K export and batch cutting. Signature plans are monthly subscriptions that add a monthly allowance of human-edited videos and a dedicated production slot with our editing team.

Purchases happen on our website, through our payment provider, not inside the app. When you buy a plan, use the same email address as your GoViral account so it unlocks automatically; if it does not, contact us and we will apply it. We never see or store your card number.

Billing and renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically on your original signup date each month and are billed whether or not you used the Services that cycle. You can cancel at any time from your billing portal or by contacting us; cancellation stops future billing from your next renewal date and does not refund or prorate the current cycle.

Signature video allowance. Your plan's monthly allowance is the maximum number of human-edited videos your subscription covers that cycle, not a purchased balance of credits. Up to 15% of an unused allowance may roll into the next cycle in addition to that cycle's full allowance; anything beyond that does not carry forward. Footage submitted before your renewal date is always completed and delivered.

Per-video edits. If you are not on a Signature plan and send a video to an editor, the per-video price shown in the app applies and is billed to your account.

Refunds. Because a subscription pays for a monthly production slot or unlimited access rather than individual videos, we do not refund unused allowance within a billing cycle. If we fail to deliver footage you submitted in a timely manner, contact us; we will complete the outstanding work first, and where that is not possible we will refund the affected portion.

Turnaround. We target a 24-hour turnaround on videos sent to an editor under normal conditions. This is a target, not a guaranteed delivery time.

We may change plan prices or features going forward and will do our best to notify active subscribers of material changes before they take effect.

• You must own or have the right to use any footage, images, product information or other content you record, upload or send us.
• You keep ownership of your footage and of the videos we cut or edit for you. You grant us a limited licence to store, process, transcribe, edit and deliver your content solely to provide the Services, and to show you your own cuts in your account.
• You are responsible for how you use the videos and scripts you get from the Services, including compliance with TikTok Shop and other platform rules, advertising and endorsement laws, and disclosure requirements.
• We may remove content or refuse to process it if it violates these Terms or the law.

Cuts, titles and any scripts are produced with the help of automated systems and third-party AI models. They can be wrong. You are responsible for reviewing every result before you publish it, including any claims, prices or product details in it.

You agree not to use the Services to:

• Submit content that is illegal, infringing, fraudulent, hateful, sexually explicit involving minors, or that you do not have the rights to use.
• Misrepresent products, prices or claims in a way that violates platform policies or consumer-protection law.
• Abuse, overload, scrape, probe or reverse-engineer the Services, or circumvent allowances, rate limits or payment.
• Impersonate anyone or interfere with anyone else's use of the Services.

You may stop using the Services or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Services or other users. Sections that by their nature should survive (your content licence for work already in progress, payment obligations, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification) survive termination.

We do not guarantee any particular sales, views, engagement or income from using the Services. Performance depends on many factors outside our control.

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free or that results will meet your expectations.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GoViral and its owners, employees, contractors and editors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or footage, arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose, or fifty US dollars if you paid nothing. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, in which case they apply to the extent permitted.

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless GoViral and its owners, employees, contractors and editors from any claims, damages, losses and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your content, your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

• These Terms are between you and GoViral only, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app.
• If the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price of the app, if any. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation.
• Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the app, including product-liability claims, claims that the app fails to meet legal or regulatory requirements, or consumer-protection claims.
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
• You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a US government embargo and are not on any US government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

We may update these Terms. We will update the date at the top and, for material changes, notify you in the app or by email. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
